Farhana Kabir is the Pharmacy Manager at Westminster Family Drug, where she is responsible for the overall operations, management, and strategic direction. With over 16 years of experience in pharmacy, Farhana has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and profitability. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Management Information Systems, minoring in Computer Science and Business Analytics. Farhana is very passionate about providing compassionate care to patients and their families.

Farhana was born in Chittagong, Bangladesh. She moved to the United States with her family at the age of 15. Farhana loves to work. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, cooking, traveling, and playing video games.

Dr. Tao Chen is the Pharmacist-in-charge at Westminster Family Drug. He was born in Leshan, China and moved to the United States in 2004. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy from West China University of Medical Sciences, and Masters in Biochemistry from University of Oklahoma. Tao has been practicing pharmacy for over 26 years and counting. He has a passion for medical science, and for helping people in the community. Tao continues to learn and grow in his profession to give the best service to his patients here at Westminster Family Drug.

Tao’s life goals are to live a happy, healthy life and prosper. In his spare time, he enjoys working on cars, playing video games, traveling and lastly, Tao loves dining out and trying new food.

Phil Woodward received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy in 1971 from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2003 from the University of Oklahoma. Phil served as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Pharmacists Association from 2001 until his resignation in 2015. During his tenure as Executive Director and Lobbyist for the Association, he represented all pharmacy practice settings and remained committed to advancing the pharmacy profession in Oklahoma. He now works relief for several independent community pharmacies in Oklahoma. Phil served as an Adjunct Faculty member of Pharmacy Practice for both the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy and Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy. Phil also served as Vice-Chair of the Drug Utilization Review Board / Oklahoma Health Care Authority / State of Oklahoma from 1993 until 1996. Phil is active in several professional organizations including past President of the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations representing all fifty states, the National Community Pharmacists Association, the American Pharmacists Association. Licensed to practice Pharmacy in Oklahoma and Colorado, he served and was honorably discharged from the Oklahoma National Guard, 745th Military Police, 45th Infantry Division.

Phil’s wife of 51 years, Karen, is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and taught second grade at S.W. Covenant School in Yukon for thirty years. Phil and Karen moved to the Yukon Piedmont area in 1974, where they raised two sons, David & Wes, and a daughter, Kristin.

Steve Blomgren is the compounding technician here at Westminster Family Drug. He was born in Parsons, KS, and now resides in Yukon, OK. Steve opened Westminster Family Drug with his father, John Blomgren, back in 2006. He is an expert in the lab creating our custom compounded creams, capsules, ointment, troches, and lollipops. Steve has extensive training in compounding and has passion in the workplace. He loves to serve our customers’ needs before compounding, so he can customize their medications to the highest professional standards with a positive attitude and a smile. When he is not in the lab, Steve loves to take part in many of his hobbies including composing music, writing stories, and learning different languages.

William Caddell was born in Japan while his parents were stationed there as part of the United States Air Force and has lived in several countries during his youth. He started working at Westminster Family Drug in 2020, and he earned his technician’s license in 2022 specializing in the custom medication synchronization program of Westminster Family Drug, third party billing and managing the OTC department.

When not expanding his knowledge at the pharmacy, Wil enjoys reading, playing video games, and cooperative tabletop games with friends.

Zach was born and raised in Oklahoma. He graduated from Shawnee High School in 2018. After trying out different career fields, Zach realized that his true passion lies within helping patients with their needs at Westminster Family Drug. Zach enjoys learning about prescription drugs and their usage. Zach earned his pharmacy technician license for five years now and has lots of experience in the Pharma industry. Zach is the lead tech at Westminster Family Drug specializing in third party claims and Farhana’s right hand. Zach goes out of his way to seek coupons and any other aids that are available to lower patients’ copays daily.

When he is not counting pills and answering phones, Zach loves to take walks and breathe in the fresh outside air. His dream is to one day become a pharmacy owner and travel to Italy.

Carson was born and raised in Oklahoma. Carson started working at Westminster Family Drug to explore the medical field. He loves helping the elderly community of our area by bringing them their medications at any time of the day. Carson is currently attending Choctaw High School as a senior and concurrently enrolled at Rose State College. After graduating from Choctaw high school in May 2025, Carson is planning on going to Oklahoma State University for their Biology: Pre-med program.

In his free time, Carson loves to listen to music, play video games, exercise, and spend time with friends and family.
